  1. Does Previsto expose an API?

    Yes, of course. We believe that we become stronger together. That is why we make it easy for other systems to integrate. See our documentation here.

  2. Do I need a credit card to get started?

    No. We do not require a credit card to get started.

    You will get a 30 day trial. You will not be asked for any payment until your trial expires.

  3. Which devices do Previsto support?

    Previsto is supported in computer, tablet and smartphone. All you need is internet access.

  4. How much are the extra modules?

    There are no extra modules in Previsto to pay for. Batteries included. We find transparency very important – rest asure that you find no hidden fees here. That’s also why we offer you the first 30 days for free.

  5. What do I do if I forget my Password?

    Dont’t worry - it’s very simple. On the login page you will find the option ‘Glemt kodeord’ which helps you change your password. More information available in Support.

  6. How can I get to know about new functions?

    Previsto constantly improves. When we launch new functions we will publish it on our vores blog and send out a newsletter to all users.

  7. Does Previsto require an Accounting System?

    No. Perhaps you don’t need accountings – so why pay for it? Maybe you have someone else to do your bookkeeping, and just want to focus on getting your work done. Either way, Previsto integrates with accounting systems if you need it.

  8. How is the security?

    Vi passer rigtig godt på dine data. Backup sker hver nat, og data bliver flyttet til et andet datacenter. Previsto uses 128bit SSL encryption for all traffic between your browser and our server park. Encryption ensures that no unauthorized person can intercept data from previsto by monitoring traffic.

    We follow best practice, so all passwords are stored in encrypted form and can not be pulled out in plain text.

  9. Do You offer Support?

    Yes. You have free access to all our guides and other online resources on Previstos website. You can also contact us directly for personal support via email at

  10. Can I cancel whenever I want?

    Yes - easily. The termination must be filed the last day before the next renewal since the payment is captured at night on the day of renewal.

  11. In which countries can I use previsto?

    Currently Previsto only supports Denmark, Norway and Faroe Islands. More countries will be supported later on.

  12. Who is Previsto for?

    Anyone in service trades.
