Zapier

Overview

Zapier is a good solution for building no-code automations with Previsto.

Getting Started

Create a Zapier account and then create workflows using our Zapier integration. This integration is open source, and you're welcome to contribute to it. Zapier offers a free trial, after which pricing depends on usage.

You can create workflows with apps such as Typeform, Gmail, Intercom, Google Forms, Discord, Airtable, Todoist, Productboard, and more.

Build workflows

Our Zapier trigger can be combined with other app triggers or Zapier's default triggers to build workflows and automations.
For example, you can set up a workflow that creates a Contact, Agreement or Assignment whenever a specific Typeform is filled out.

Actions

You can take the following actions in Linear in response to a Zapier trigger:

• Update a contact
• Create an agreement
• Update an aggreement
• Create a new assignment
• Update an assignment

Triggers

If Previsto is the start of your Zap, the following actions can be used as triggers for downstream actions in Previsto or other applications:

• New Contact

Example Workflows

• Create a Contact and an Agreement when a form was filled out.
• Create agreements when details are inserted in a Google sheet.
• Automatically send an email through Gmail when an assignment is completed.
• Add new contacts from Intercom conversations to Previsto.
• Add new agreements from Airtable rows as they are inserted.
• Notify a Discord channel when a new agreement or assignment is created.
• Add new clients created in Previsto to a CRM like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
• Use Todoist to automatically create a follow-up task when an assignment in Previsto is marked completed.
• Send a Slack message when a new contact or agreement is updated in Previsto.
