Although Previsto intelligently plans routes, scenarios that Previsto is unaware of may occur at short notice. It may be bad weather, a customer who extraordinarily must have work done or something else. In that case, you need to manually make corrections to the planned route.
You can postpone work for a period of time - either for the individual customer or for all customers on the route you have not yet processed.
A single customer
Click on the customer on the map and then select update. A dialog will open and allow you to specify how much the agreement is to be postponed.
On the right side above the list of customers on the route, you can select postponement for all those customers that have not yet been processed.
