We offer email support at and normally respond within 1-2 business days.

Why No Phone Support?

Here are some reasons why we only provide email support:

  • We can easily exchange files and documents! You can easily send us screenshots or links to better understand the issue you are facing. We can also send you screenshots to guide you through setup or other tasks.
  • Maintaining a call center costs a lot of money! Reducing these costs allows us to focus on delivering a cheaper product.
  • Each support case is saved so everyone on the support team is updated with the conversation. We can refer back to past cases at any time in the future to see what information you have previously sent us. Even if you don't reach the same support agent, you won't have to repeat what you've already written to us!
