Planning good routes is hard, but planning optimal routes when multiple employees are involved is next to impossible. But now you can use Previsto with multiple employees and automatically calculate the most optimal routes for them.
How easy it is to create new employees
You can easily create new employees when you are logged into your company in Previsto. In the left-hand side of the menu, click on employees. Then simply:
- click the '+' at the bottom of the page.
- enter your name, email, username and password.
- Click 'Create employee'.
The new employee will receive a welcome email and is instantly linked to your company. The employee can e.g. log in via their mobile device and view their work schedule. You can read more about creating new employees in our help section.
The benefits you gain
When you're planning routes for multiple employees, it can be incredibly difficult to figure out how to plan the schedule to minimize driving and keep working hours to a minimum. Just think about the challenge when:
- an employee falls ill or needs vacation.
- Some customers can only be handled by certain employees.
- a customer moves.
- you have more customers to consider when allocating work to your employees.
Previsto does it all automatically for you. It quickly generates thousands of solutions and selects the one that best suits your scenario.
