Option to specify end date

Do you have appointments that you know in advance when they will end? Then you can now specify it on the appointments and let Previsto make sure the scheduling ends automatically on time.

It's quite simple. 😊 When editing the schedule for an appointment, you can now also set an end date for the appointment. No tasks will be added to the calendar after that date and when the last task for the appointment is marked as completed, the appointment will be marked as inactive. In other words, for these types of tasks, you don't have to remember to stop the appointments on time.

Bug fixes and improvements

The following bug fixes and improvements have been made to the system recently.

  • Export of customer data could not always be completed.
  • Added option to reset skipped tasks.
  • Employee calendar now starts the week on Monday instead of Sunday.
