Until now, Previsto has planned tasks for a customer on a case-by-case basis. This means that when a customer has a fixed appointment and a task has been completed, Previsto will schedule the next task. But often there is a need to be able to schedule tasks for an appointment far into the future.
Previsto now supports this need for long-term planning. This is done by Previsto scheduling tasks for all appointments 6 months in advance, which will provide a number of benefits. It's now easier to plan vacation periods because tasks throughout the summer period, for example, can be moved manually so they don't fall in vacation weeks. And it will also soon be possible to see the expected turnover in Previsto in the future.
